Health and Safety is vital in the line of business, therefor we maintain stringent health and Hygiene working practice. We ensure that good quality foods are used withhin the required time frame (best before date), kept at the right temperatures (meat), washed if needed (fruit / vegetables), and labelled. Our surfaces are sanitized along with machinery, trays, cups, napkins ... and our plastic ware is constantly replaced.
Our employees wash their hands between tasks, and do not touch the food with bare hands, and wear appropriate gear ( gloves....) our containers in which food is kept are labelled, and chemicals are kept far from food items. We ensure that our equipment is safe to use, is serviced regularly and if need be replaced.
